Sushi...just for fun!

Liz Clayton Illustration for Paper Sherbet...

In 2011 I collaborated with Paper Sherbet on their guest frame series. I was commissioned to produce a black and white illustration of a rustic tree, which is then personalised to the bride and groom by adding their names and the date of their wedding. It is then reproduced as a screen print on the finest Somerset Satin paper. Each guest frame comes with a choice of 2 finger printing ink pads which guests can use to add their finger print, along with a signature or message. The idea of the guest frame is to turn your wedding guest book into a piece of art to hang on your wall. You can also choose to have your guest frame professionally mounted and framed! Check out Paper Sherbet's website for more information and more amazing, beautiful and unique wedding stationery!

Some Canadian critters I keep finding hanging out at my bins...

Dogs of Toronto!

Everyone in Toronto seems to have a mini pooch! (often wearing the most ridiculous doggy outfits!) Here is a snippet from my sketch book!

Sketching at the Royal Ontario Museum

Last Friday I spent my evening sketching at the ROM. Here are a couple of scans from my sketch book!

It's been a while since I have updated my blog with any new work, but I have spent the last few months working on a very exciting (and very secret) project! Im hoping that in the next month I will be able to post some of my illustrations for you all to see!

In other news, Im still living in Toronto! It's been a funny old year, but 2012 is set to be a barrel full of fun and adventure! Im currently planning my travels across Canada and the US which are set to begin at the beginning of March!
